Influenced by a family friend in his early twenties, Javier’s interest in Real Estate was sparked. Once licensed, looking back was not an option. Experiencing several major market shifts in the local area and a global pandemic, his resilience has always persevered; labeling him a ‘Top Producing Agent’ within the industry. He bases his substantial network and referral clientele by showcasing work ethic, persistence, patience, care, and integrity. With nearly three decades of continuous market education, negotiating 1,500+ transactional ‘wins’ on behalf of luxury buyers and sellers, partnering with developers and investors, helping his hometown achieve home ownership, and providing service excellence; has equipped him to be ‘The Agent‘ in town.
