Rhodes Elementary, and Imagine Schools at Mountain View, as well as children’s learning centers like Kiddie Academy.   Tule Springs Ranch is a popular desert retreat located further south. The Floyd Lamb Park can be found here, alongside an oasis formed by a variety of small lakes, including Tule Springs Lake, Mulberry Lake, Cottonwood Lake, and Desert Willow Lake. Apart from its many natural formations, the place also serves as an abundant fishing spot.

  Centennial Hills Park is located within the neighborhood and right next to the local library. Formerly Deer Springs Park, the themed playground spans over 120 acres and features prehistoric-themed trails, a dinosaur-themed playground, and a garden-themed area for younger children.

Homes in Centennial Hills come in a variety of architectural styles and unique features. You’ll find solar panels and private pools, as well as expansive patios and private spas. Modern and Spanish Colonial architecture is popular here, but most homes carry a mix of multiple styles.

A majority of properties in the neighborhood were built in the 1990s but others date back to the 1930s. New construction homes, on the other hand, were built in 2014 or later. Most homes here have large half-acre lots.
