TMT Team is the best!!! I hired Javier and his team to help me purchase my home, not my 1st home purchase but my 1st new construction. He guided me throughout the process and told me what to look for. All I cared about at 1st was getting the builder to negotiate on price. He informed new home construction was different and to focus on negotiating options in a new home not price!

When I was ready to sell the home and move up he showed me many custom homes and again showed me what to look for. At 1st I wanted a property with land that I could build on because I thought that's what I can afford, but he showed me homes with land, in my price range, that were already done. No building headaches required!

The real star of the show was Molly. They introduced me to their lender who was great but I informed my local bank I was going to buy a new home and they promised the moon and stars if I kept the mortgage in house. It turned out to be one of the wort decisions I ever made. The bank who's name should be withheld, but I won't, Chase sucked!!

Molly went above a beyond and bent over backwards to help me meet their crazy requirements. She guided me along the way with patience only I wish I had. She stayed on top of them and even got them to waive some of their requirements and closed the loan on time! I never dreamed I would own a new home such as the one I bought last week. We listed the property and within a couple of days he send a professional photographer to take pictures of our place. Our place sold at full price and closed within 30 days.
